Future Tyres Private Limited was founded in the year 2012 as a tyre manufacturing company catering mainly to the domestic market. In the September 2014, Innovative Tyres and Tubes Limited took over the control of the company. Under the Innovative Group umbrella, the company has grown leaps and bounds. Drawing on the technological and management expertise of the mother company, Future Tyres has made its mark in the domestic tyre market byconsistently supplying high quality motorcycle, scooter and 3-wheeler cross-ply nylon/bias tyres.
The unit functions as the light tyre manufacturing facility of the group and boasts of two of the biggest names in the Indian Automotive fraternity as its customers, apart from several reputed international automotive giants and marketing organisations that market the product across the globe. The unit has left its footprints in more than 40 countries, spread over 3 continents in a relatively short span of time of 2 years since being taken over by Innovative Group.
At the latest count, FTPL offered more than 35 patterns of tyres spread over an array of more than 150 sizes in motorcycle, scooter and 3-wheeler tyres. The company is adding capacity as well as expanding product offering rapidly to cater to the burgeoning demand of its products due its fast spreading reputation.
Future Tyre aims to leverage its speciality and knowledge bank in light tyres manufacturing and grow in volume in order to offer the best quality 2/3 wheeler tyres. We are also diversifying into LCV and small size agriculture tyres to cater to more and more market segments.
Innovative Group is a diversified business house catering to the automotive market. The group comprises of three companies- Innovative Tyres and Tubes Limited, Future Tyres Private Limited and Gaia Batteries Private Limited- spread over 4 manufacturing units located near to each other.
These four units together directly employ more than 700 people and provide indirect employment to many more.

The group is set to welcome two entrants- Green Batteries Private Limited and Green Tyres Private Limited, both part of a joint venture with Greenfield Inc., part of Nepal-based Vishal Group to cater to the dynamic Nepal market for tyres as well as batteries. Based in Kathmandu, Vishal Group is a business house with interests in a plethora of market sectors-FMCG, education, insurance, hospitality and cement and steel, to name a few.
